How you earn and use points
- For every 1 GEL actually paid for an eligible in-salon treatment, you earn 0.10 Mira Points.
- 1 Mira Point gives a 1 GEL discount on an eligible future treatment.
- Points are credited only after the appointment is completed and marked as paid.
- The part of a service paid with Mira Points does not earn new points.
- When the balance is sufficient, an eligible service may be paid entirely with Mira Points.
Validity and order of use
- Each points credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned.
- The oldest valid points are used first (FIFO).
- Expired points are removed automatically and cannot be restored unless a documented system error occurred.
- The balance can be checked through reception using the customer’s registered phone or WhatsApp number.
Services outside the program
- Hotel massage, off-site/mobile service and any treatment explicitly marked as excluded do not earn or accept Mira Points.
- Points apply only to the service value and cannot be used for tips, transport charges, products or cash payments unless Mira Massage states otherwise in writing.
Program conditions
- Mira Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, sold, pledged or used outside Mira Massage Center.
- Points are personal to the registered customer and cannot be transferred or combined with another customer’s account unless Mira Massage corrects a documented registration error.
- The program requires no stake, ticket, wager, random draw or element of chance. No cash or prize is awarded; points are a fixed loyalty discount based on eligible spending.
- Points are not a bank deposit, electronic money, cryptocurrency, investment, credit facility or stored-value payment instrument.
- If a paid appointment is cancelled, refunded or reversed, points earned from that appointment may be cancelled. Points used on the appointment are restored according to their original earning dates and remaining validity where technically possible.
- Fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulated transactions, chargebacks or misuse may lead to correction, suspension or cancellation of points after the transaction history is reviewed.
- Mira Massage may change or end the program for future transactions by publishing clear notice. Earned, unexpired points will be handled fairly under the published transition notice and applicable law.
- The service price, eligibility and points calculation shown in the salon system at the time the appointment is finalized govern the transaction, subject to correction of obvious technical or clerical errors.
- There is no separate membership fee and Mira Points cannot be purchased. Use the same registered phone or WhatsApp number so eligible visits are matched to the correct customer record.
- Marketing consent is not required to book a service or participate in Mira Points. Promotional messages are sent only under a separate consent.
- Point calculations and balances may be rounded to two decimal places in the salon system.
Applicable law and customer rights
The program is operated by Mira Massage Center in Georgia and is subject to mandatory Georgian law. These terms do not remove or reduce any non-waivable consumer or personal-data right. Questions, correction requests or complaints can be sent to reception by phone or WhatsApp.
